I was blown away by the sleek design of the Superior Double Room with its impressive panoramic windows offering breathtaking views of the city. The rooftop dining experience was just spectacular, especially with the stunning open views while enjoying a delicious breakfast buffet. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the attention to detail made my stay unforgettable!

the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, providing a great start for exploring all the nearby attractions like Mirabell Palace, which is just a short stroll away, making it perfect for weekend wanderers like me.

such a disgrace, i expected a kettle in my room, but no. also, the restaurant was fully booked, how dare they prioritize outside guests over us. and a warm welcome gesture like a complimentary drink would have been lovely, but apparently, that's too much to ask. i had high hopes but just couldn’t give a good review.

The bathroom door in the Superior Double Room is excessively heavy, making it a challenge to open comfortably. The thermostat's high-tech screen is nearly impossible to read, causing frustration in controlling the temperature, which felt unreliable. Additionally, laundry costs are unreasonable. 15€ for a day's worth of clothes can add up quickly. The lack of easily accessible eateries nearby can leave you stranded for food on weekends when the sky bar isn’t open.

My partner and I had a remarkable stay at Cool Mama Hotel! The large, comfortable room and modern décor made our trip special. We loved the spectacular breakfast selection and the stunning views from the rooftop. Just a bit too remote for city explorations, but the bus made it manageable!

The room felt spacious with clean designs, but it was frustratingly too warm. Thermostat adjustments didn't seem to cool it below 22 degrees Celsius. However, the rooftop bar blew me away with its incredible views and modern vibe. Breakfast on the 15th floor was delightful, with a great variety of dishes that made mornings enjoyable. The staff was welcoming, and they held onto our luggage after we checked out, which was super helpful while we explored the city. I did find the location a bit far from the center, but the bus stop nearby made traveling easier. Despite the room temperature issue, the modern aesthetic and rooftop dining made the stay memorable.

the large double bed was very comfy with a pristine bathroom. the view was gorgeous. the room was extremely hot during the day and had an unpleasant smell.
